The data controller is Devowiec Kacper Drapała (the Controller).

What data and why

The contact form collects your name, email address and the message. I use them only to reply to your enquiry.

Legal basis and retention

The basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where the enquiry concerns entering into a contract, steps prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then until any claims would become time-barred.

Recipients

Data is stored on servers managed by the Controller. I do not share it with other parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
